Just bought a new home and had the existing hardwood floors sanded/stained and new floors installed. First floor had installed random width floors, upstairs had std width and lower level had installed a prestained floating floor. Pinnacle worked on approx 3000 sq ft. I first met with a couple of the folks at Pinnacle to discuss what type of floor to install and the whole process. They were very generous with their time and very helpful. They started on time and all the workers were polite and professional. Their sanders and installers (Troy and Steve) are excellent at their job and show a true pride in their work. My floors look great. I am very pleased. It was a big job and they managed it well. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
